Stonekeep Armory is located in Kennard, Texas, USA. We manufacture products here in the USA at this facility and do not import cheap foreign armor for re-sell. We sell wholesale to the public, but small percentage discounts are available for large volume orders. BUT, you recieve USPS Priority Mail as our standard shipping, so you get your items quickly. If you would like to pay for your order via paypal, it is integrated into the website now, so just place your order as normal and hit the Paypal option. Damages: Inspect all packages as they arrive from USPS. In the event of damage notify your USPS driver of your complaint. We must be notified of damaged property within 24 hours of the attempted USPS delivery for insurance claims. If you have not requested insurance on your packaging, then there is very little anyone can do. Refunds and exchanges: Any item unused and re-sellable (subject to inspection) can be returned for a refund of the product purchase price within 30 days of the product leaving our facility. Shipping is never refundable. Exception: Items with "custom options" added. Custom options are designated by that name when purchasing the option. These products are returnable in unused condition (subject to inspection), within 30 days of the product leaving our facility, for store credit toward your next purchase. Helms, due to the time invested, can only be returned for store credit. Products: Products are guaranteed to be shipped from our facility free of any defects. (exception would be consigned, close-outs, and liquidation items). If they arrive damaged you must NOT ACCEPT the item and immediatly notify your USPS driver that you have an insurance claim. Shipping insurance is available on all packages and the amount of insurance desired can easily be purchased through the insurance button on the left side of the screen. Will Call: We do not have will-call services at our facility, and all items will be shipped via US Postal Service pickup from our facility. Unless otherwise specified, our standard finish on items is brushed finish coated with oil for transport. We are not responsible for the use or misuse of any item we sell, nor your use or misuse of them in potentially hazardous activities. We do not guarantee any item to be indestructible as these items are made to be used with unpredictable animals or unpredictable humans.
