Orders are completed in order, however, there will be gaps in between, due to the fact a lot of orders are for instock merchandise. Also some items can be completed by junior armorers (such as cops, etc). If your order number WAS on here, but now it is not, then it has shipped. If it was never placed on here, its because it was instock or would ship within two business days so there was no point. We use this method now because we have too many people working on too many different orders at once to guess at the production times. Plus there are certain tasks that my employees are skilled at completing, and certain items only I work on. Stuff like cop-only orders can be placed over onto junior armorers and go out more quickly. If you ask a secretary what the turnaround time is for an order, they will simply refer you to this page. Since we put out such a large volume and our turnarounds are based on days and weeks, not months, its impossible for them to give you an accurate answer. Having said all of that, our yearly average turnaround is 24 hours to 3 weeks, but there has been times when it has been longer... mostly just depends on how many orders are in front of you.
